Congratulations on your new additions!
What is Tickles' stool like? Sounds like her anus is irritated,
which could be the result from a bout of diarreah. Did you change
their food when you got them?
Ferrets can become quickly dehydrated from diarreah. If its a change
in diet, reverting to the old food, while gradually increasing the
proportion of new food should resolve it. If its not diet related
could be a number of things. Key is to look at her poop and see how
often she's going.
