Coughing like that all the time is not normal. A vet appt. is in order
for both of your new ferrets. Most shelters would not adopt out
ferrets that are sick.

Be patient with the litter box issue. They are new to you and you are
new to them. It will take them a little while to get used to their new
home. If they are boys, they might need the bigger square litter box
instead of the little triangular ones. The more litter boxes you have
available, the better the chance they will use them.

Please get the cough figured out. Monster had a cough and his chest
was a little congested. He was prescribed Amoxi (cheap). The cough
could have developed into pneumonia.

Keep us posted.
