My best suggestion would be to take them into a ferret vet and have them checked out. Ferrets DON'T get colds.
Hugs and good luck

Hi i just adopted 2 lil guys 2 and 3. My 2 year old is coughing i think
sounds for like a wheezing cough/hairball cat thing. I was told it was
normal for him to be doing it. (ive only had them a week today) now my
other one started to sneeze all the time just started yesterday. He
fell down a few steps. There eating find going to the wash room fine
playing and being bad and getting into every thing and stelling things.
I think it may be a cold idk i am really worried. And now they also
wont use there litter box.
