The nausea is certainly uncomfortable but when
there is good enough blood glucose control that
reduces substantially.
Whether the tumors themselves can become uncomfortable
probably varies among individuals as do pancreatic tumors
for humans -- some of whom know early while others don't
until the disease is very advanced.
Seizures are not painful. Since they cause an electrical
storm in the brain there isn't pain processing during
them, though there can be screaming which is mechanical
from the same electrical storm in the brain causing the
diaphram to spasmodically contract, expelling air in such
high amounts and fast speed that the air moves the vocal
cords.
Check her blood glucose in case her meds need adjusting
to reduce nausea and increase energy.
