Thank you all for the responses.
I have talked to my vet and we will increase the Prednisolone to 1 ml.
and give it 5 days to see how she responds. If she's still flat-
ferreting we'll need to schedule an appointment for further tests. =(

the vet knows the ferret and the med so knows
how much is being given, but none of us can
know from this description because we don't
know if each ml of this Prednisolone liquid has
1 mg of the prednisolone in it, or twice that
(2mg/ml) or even 5 times that (5mg/ml)
because it comes in those concentrations and
more. So, don't make assumptions about
amount, please.]
