Subject: [ferrethealth] 17 mo jill with possible neck injury update

For those who were following the case of Siouxsie, the 17 mo jill, that
passed away last week. She had exhibited symptoms of a neck injury,
had no feeling and couldn't use her front legs, had little use of her
back legs and progressively got worse. She died last thursday and
after the necropsy, we found that her C6 vertebrae was deteriorating on
the right side. There were no other significant ailments to report
internally. My vet excised the vert and sent it off for pathology. It
came back as lymphosarcoma.
