Yes, I've read about this. It's certainly possible. However, all three
are older (6-8 years) and have had other issues (adrenal disease) so
it's also quite possible it's just coincidence. I've lost numerous
others to lymphoma in the past as well, one at a time not in clusters,
so it isn't an uncommon illness. In fact, if I recall correctly, I
believe lymphoma is *the* most common illness in ferrets, even ahead
of adrenal disease and insulinoma. I know it is in the top three, if
not top of the list.

Ferret Veterinary Pathologists know best
and if I recall right it was somewhere in
the top ten from Dr. Bruce Williams, but
I believe that ulcers led the list, and I do
not recall how he rated lymphoma. Right
now I lack time to search out his list. Not
having time to do the numbers this is
just a guess but I think that we personally
have had about the same number as with
adrenal disease -- about 1/3 of ours through
the decades, --SDC]
