I found a ferret knowledgeable vet but he is totally booked up today
and is not in again until Monday so I made an appointment for then.
I hate to put this little girl through pain...surgery, and I do not
know what is best for her. I guess we will wait and see what this
vet suggests. My daughter is paying her way through university and
I am a single mother so funds are tight. The previous vet we took
our ferret to did two x-rays, but both turned out blurry...you could
barely make out anything on them... but they did see a large mass
and the vet thinks...it is her spleen! I'm hoping this ferret
knowledgeable vet can help us.
I know no one really knows, but how long do you think the surgery
will extend your little guys life? Did it make him more
comfortable? I hate seeing animals sick..
