I've already responded to Jeff off list about this but wanted to
respond here as well, in case it may be helpful to someone else.

In my experience, 200 mcg of the 4 month depot is a very low dose and
may not be effective. Most of mine are doing well on 500 mcg (4 month
depot) but I have three that did not respond to this dose. When
increased to 1 mg (4 month depot) all symptoms subsided. I also had
one that was given the full 2 mg dose that responded well. 2 mg is not
too high a dose, it isn't always needed but it can be given if lower
doses fail.

Dosage can make a difference!
