Hi Judy,

Ash responded fairly quickly to the L'asparaginase - within 24 hours
he was feeling much better although I was advised it would take about
3 - 5 days. By Day 5 his lymph nodes had shrunk. We also switched
him to Dexamethasone, a stronger steroid, from Prednisolone.

That was my recent experience, however, it was not a full protocol
and a different chemo drug being used from the ones you are using.

Tiramisu who I lost in October, to lymphosarcoma became seriously ill
literally over a weekend and the only thing that controlled her pain
was a heavy duty opiate, Torbitol. However, it did give her
tremendous relief from pain before she went into surgery. And it did
not sedate her in the least. She never went on chemo - the lymphoma
was highly aggressive in her case.

I'm not sure that answers your last question but that has been my
experience with lymphoma treatment and response.

Prayers and well wishes for your little one.

Hugs,
Tressie
