Do you give the Prednisolone with food? If not, then it could be irritating his stomach, and might lead to ulcers. It's possible that he already has ulcers, and that they are the cause of the vomiting and nausea. Ulcers often are a secondary affliction with other illnesses, such as insulinoma.

Try some Pepcid AC to see if it settles his stomach and decreases the nausea. I take one 10 mg. Pepcid AC tablet, dilute it in 4.0 ml of water (I use distilled water), then administer between 0.3 and 0.5 ml of this solution 2 or 3 times daily. Make sure you shake before each use, as there is settling. Pepcid AC has only one active ingredient, famotidine, and is a lot safer than using Pepto Bismol.
