Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: THYMUS: left or right side of body in a juvenille ferret?
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Hi,

I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion from a ferret
knowledgeable vet. I don't know whether the thymus is located
predominently more on one side or the other but if it was displaced by
a tumor she should have other symptoms. Did your vet suggest further
testing of any kind to confirm her suspicions?

What were her symptoms that made you suspect she might have an
obstruction?

Tressie
