That sounds like he had too much laxative, not like it is
blockage related.
You are so very worried that even though the symptoms
you describe are not those of a blockage you might want
to have a vet visit just to set your own mind at rest if that
won't mean that you will lack the needed money if he does
start showing blockage symptoms.
The coloration and the bird seed (ball of fats) are from the
food passing through his small intestine too fast to be
digested, and the liquid component is from passing through
his colon too fast for the fluids to be reduced. Going outside
his litter pot could be to let you know that he in uncomfortable,
and this discomfort could just be due to the loose stools and
rapid transit from the laxatives.
