Hi,
Good sign that the prepuce is getting lighter in colour. When Sampson
has his 'red' prepuce it gets worse - pretty raw and swollen quickly
until I put some antibiotic cream on it. It comes back though until he
gets put on Baytril for the UTI. He has had concurrent urinary tract
infections following treatment for ulcers. Different antibiotics for
different bugs I presume. He does not have a strong immune system, he's
had numerous infections since he first arrived as a surrender/rescue.
However, it would appear that Boo Boo is improving so perhaps it was a
minor scrape after all and it is clearing up on its own.
