Hi Donna,
Calling a local ferret shelter or another veterinary clinic in your
area should give you that information.
Lupron doesn't come as an implant but an injectable form that is
released slowly over a period of time depending on which depot you
get. You might be thinking of a melatonin implant? Both are used to
treat adrenal disease, often used in conjunction. Your little resuce
does need to be treated, as you already know.
A local ferret shelter should also be able to advise which vets in your
area treat ferrets.
