**Unfortunately, many people, including some vets, believe that lymphoma can
be diagnosed via blood tests. That is untrue. Many (possibly most) ferrets
with lymphoma confirmed by biopsy will have normal bloodwork.

The history here of a lesion in the spine seen on x-ray and enlarged lymph
nodes, certainly in my mind is suggestive of lymphoma, although there are other
possibilities as well.**
