Burdock root (Arctium lappa)
(This is said in some things to be high in chromium so a lot of it
might lower blood sugar -- warning if there is insulinoma.)
Slippery Elm inner bark (Ulmus fulva)
Sheep Sorrel (Rumex acetosella)
and
Indian Rubarb root (Rheum officinale)
so those are the ones you need to
seek. Try using
