I hope by the time you read this post - you would have taken her to an emergency clinic, had her BG checked and x-rays taken.
The moderator is correct - she needs medication to medically manage her insulinoma or she will continue to have seizures, which will cause brain damage and will eventually kill her. Insulinoma cannot be controlled through diet/exercise alone. Diet/exercise are part of the bigger picture but medications are critical!
Please get her to a 'ferret knowledgeable' veterinarian as soon as possible if you want to save her life, if not already too late. I am presuming your vet is not ferret knowledgeable if medications weren't recommended when she was first diagnosed with insulinoma.
Does your vet think she may have broken her neck with this fall? Or does he think she had an insulinoma seizure that damaged her brain?
