Notice that the majority of the warnings
about distilled water are NOT for
temporary use along with electrolytes.
They are for regular use for drinking.
The World Health Organization over-
view paper is an amazing read and
highly recommended. It covers a
number of problems seen in a range
of species when the water consumed
has too few minerals:
