Small amounts of Pedialyte given to a healthy animal as a treat to accustom
them to the taste so that it is something they will take readily when they
actually need it is extremely unlikely to do them any harm, much as drinking
Gatorade when not dehydtrated isn't going to harm a healthy person unless they
drink a lot of it.
