A member asked this question, but I can't edit down the extraneous
stuff on that post before approval* because Yahoogroups temporarily
has the FHL pending message function down (which usually means repairs
or means that a recent health discussion has triggered their "check
vocabulary" response just as the term "chicken breast" does for recipe
sites. Either one of those can take anywhere from minutes to hours,
so I am just responding, though I don't know if Yahoogroups will keep
or lose what is currently in pending, since with repairs either can
happen.
Emu Oil:
Besides being a good source of fats Emu oil
has shown anti-inflammatory properties in
controlled studies. There are multiple sources,
from a Performance Foods/Totally Ferret
product to ones less targeted specifically for
ferrets which can be found everywhere from
pharmacies, to health food stores, to Amazon.com
See:

to learn a little and where to learn more.
* To make the FHL flow more smoothly we moderators have to spend a
huge amount of time removing long quoted sections and removing the
advertising attachments that some email services put on posts. Doing
this makes the FHL easier for vets to read and therefore increases
their participation and the chances for public or private vet
responses to help everyone. The FHL Rules, which can be found in the
Files section and are mentioned in the joining materials better
explain that. It also includes other FHL rules such as no public
fighting.
