I'm not a vet (just owned by ferts for almost 12 years) but would be highly suspicious of distemper and get this poor fert to a vet ASAP! I saw something similar a few months back - albeit now quite as bad - in some kits at a local pet store that I believe was confirmed as distemper. Please keep us posted!
