My only thoughts would be malignancy in that right gland or some other form of cancer somewhere in the body. When there is malignancy, in the adrenal glands or anywhere else in the body, ferrets tend not to respond as well to lupron. I currently have 2 with lymphoma who are not as responsive to the lupron and 1 other that may have some form of cancer as well as she is not as responsive to the lupron anymore either (despite having responded well for close to 4 years).
As for the TN panel not showing elevated hormone levels, I'll venture a guess that the lupron may be controlling that. Or perhaps, if there is malignancy, the cancer itself has something to do with it. Just some guesses though.
I hope you'll keep us posted. It should be interesting to know what's found.
