Have you made arrangements with your veterinarian to have her spayed? She can become very ill and may die if she goes into another estrus (fertile) cycle without being bred.
Breeding ferrets should be left to the experts - those who have extensive knowledge of breeding principles and birthing with strong veterinary support. If you weren't even aware that she was pregnant then I don't suppose you fall into an 'expert' category. Please have her spayed as soon as possible.
