I don't know this disinfectant, but just FYI, air kills the HIV virus. Luck us that the virus is extremely sensitive to pretty much any disinfectant when not in the host.
By other hand, the distemper virus is extremely resistant, and can survive for a really long time even after intensive cleaning/disinfecting.
Sorry, I think this is not an answer for your question, but I thought it was worth letting you know it.
