Subject: [ferrethealth] Our baby 'Milk' crossed over the bridge

I have been a lurker on this board for quite some time and have learned quite a bit from the various posts that have been exceptionally useful in caring for our 'business'. Unfortunately, even with all of the great advice and excellent veterinary care, our Milky ferret succumbed to a combination of insulinoma and adrenal disease. I never realized how much one of those little guys can affect your life. Our other three boys (one purchased and two rescued) are doing well. Let's hope they stay that way.
