Some of the possible causes:

insulinoma or something else that is pushing
down her blood sugar (on which case you have
an emergency on your hands and see:
http://www.miamiferret.org/insulinoma.htm

diabetes (rare) (also emergency)

a thrown clot (thrombosis) (rare) which is also
an emergency

inner ear infection by bacteria or fungi -- often
secondary to mite infections

inner ear problem secondary to a respiratory
infection

Meningitis (rare) (emergency)

There can be some other causes like ADV that has
gone to the brain, etc. but the first 5 fit better

Some of the the others can be emergencies
depending on the situation.
