Something black appeared on her vulva.
I thought it was dried blood on the outside but it is something black under the skin there right where she has been having the swelling and where the pus burst from, so we are continuing the warm and wet compresses in the hopes that it begins to emerge.
The reduction in over all size of the vulva has really picked up since we began using the compresses twice daily, and it is down a lot more now.
One way or another I now think we'll be able to get her comfortable.
