Hi Joan,=A0 Yes, I went thru this with my (now deceased) boy River who also=
had insulinoma.=A0 Before he was diagnosed w/ insulinoma he would get thei=
r chicken soup once a day, and he was fine eating kibble on his own that wa=
y.=A0 But as soon as I started adding in more of the soup feedings, he tota=
lly went off the dry kibble.=A0 And I did all the tricks too (trying to han=
d-feed, stashing pieces..etc)=A0 I figured he just liked the taste (and the=
ease) of eating Bob C's gravy.=A0 Also had no issues eating treats and wha=
tnot too... just no kibble on his own.=A0

The only one way that I could get him to eat his kibble though, was by maki=
ng a little "kibble soup"... kibble, mixed with about a tablespoon of the c=
hicken gravy or babyfood, and warm water.=A0 But now, he would only eat it =
immediately after I made it.=A0 If it was sitting around for an hour, it wa=
s no good to him.=A0

Hopes this helps,
Andrea
