The biggest problem in getting more than one shot at a time is that if a reaction occurs you don't know which one caused it. JMO

Hi All,
I have a question. Is it safe for my ferret, Snickers, to get both the Lupron
shot and Distemper Vaccine at the same time? Last time (in Feb.) she got the
Rabies Vaccine and Lupron shot at the same time and had a severe reaction (she
was vomiting a lot) and had to be observed at the Exotic Animal Hospital
overnight. She recovered. I am hoping this same reaction won't occur this
time, but I am concerned. Should I be? The vets were trying to tell me that
ferrets don't get reactions from the Lupron shot. And she never had a
reaction to the Rabies shot before either.
