Actually, my Reznor was diagnosed with IBD and was at the max dose of pred/Imuran. It didn't help either. We did start using Prozyme on his food (which was switched to Totally Ferret Turkey/venison/lamb formula) and that has helped. He still has irregular poops, lethargy, etc. and is scheduled for surgery Tues. We think there's something more going on since everyhthing is good on every blood test (multiple),fecal float, bacteria/fungal test and xray. Our vet did say that lymphoma and adrenal disease can cause diarrhea that the pre/imuran may not help. What kind of testing has been done? Was a physical biopsy done to confirm IBD? How do the lymph nodes feel? Hearing that someone else might be going through something similar makes me wonder if there's something more going round.
I'd suggest trying the Prozyme. Or better yet, real meat diet. It did help quite a bit.
