I have to agree. My vet is very good at removing diseased adrenal glands, including those encompassing the vena cava, the liver, and a kidney. I have a very good success rate. He is not, however, as successful at "curing" insulinoma. For this reason, he knows I am not a fan of insulinoma surgery only, but he does address any visible problems when doing other (mostly adrenal) surgeries.
