I believe that supplementing with some 'good flora' has helped with our Trinny's IBD considerably. She's on Prednisolone daily for her insulinoma, a relatively low dose, which I believe also helps her IBD, but supplementing flora a couple of times a week in addition to that has made a difference. We currently use Forti Flora, which had been recommended to me by one of the vet's on this list. I actually supplement a little every few days for all 5 of our ferrets, but Trinny gets more due to her IBD.

I use 1 packet or less per week in total for the 5 ferrets, so it is very inexpensive.
