I am assuming you are quoting me. Just to clarify, I don't believe I said anything about surgery. I said that it is between you and your vet when you choose to act (several choices.....Lupron, Melatonin, Surgery), but the sooner the better. Generally, I start Lupron/Melatonin when symptoms first appear, but may choose to delay surgery for various reasons.
