I'm not familiar with this article. Can anyone tell me where I might find it in it's entirety? I'm searching but not having much luck.

Perhaps, though Dr. Delaney does state that "no physical or medical reason for the lethargy could be found".

Remember that in ferrets kidney damage commonly
does NOT show up on tests until it is advanced, so
kidney damage could happen without it being readily
discernible. The study would have been better done
with a gas anesthesia to remove the possible complications
of injected ketamine. Hey, next time...]
