Subject: [ferrethealth] Badger hips look thin
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Badger's hips seem to be getting thinner. He weighs the same as a few weeks ago but he seems to be really thinning. He stumbles a lot when he first wakes up and walks around. He stumbles even on carpet. He's eating and drinking normally and he doesn't have any strange potty issues.

I'm worried about some sort of disease. My husband thinks I'm worrying over nothing and can't see the thinner area over his hips/back. I took pix and posted them here in the photos if that would help anyone. Also, he used to have more of a puffy area like the pix in the photo when you join the group so I don't know if that is connected to his problem now.

I know it could be Adrenal Disease or Insiniloma or however you spell that dang disease. My other ferret had it and I still can't spell it!!

Thanks. Dawn
