I have one ferret, Zephyr, who is six years old. Every spring she
gets a nice, full, long, soft, beautiful winter coat. Every fall she
gets a short, sleek spring coat. Her seasons have been backwards like
this since we adopted her in early 2005. She gets a clean bill of
health from the vet every year. I have no clue why this happens but
she doesn't seem the worse for it.
