Has anyone ever had any experiences with lipomas in ferrets?
**Personally, I have never seen a lipoma in a ferret. Some of my
colleagues may have different experiences, of course. Strangulation of the bowel by
abdominal fat does occur in some species, and I certainly cannot say that it
wasn't what was going on here.**
