Increased urination, enlargement of the prostate, and lack of appetite can all be seen with adrenal disease. I would suggest either running the ferret adrenal panel or giving lupron (if symptoms clear on lupron, you have your answer). I do not agree that there is no reason for concern nor enough signs to either begin treatment or at the least investigate further. Catching and treating the illness early is paramount to success. If let go, prostate issues will become life threatening. It sounds as if you're catching it early, now is the time to begin treatment.
