Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Increased Urination...any ideas..
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Thank you Karen....

He had been diagnosed as Adrenal. Two years ago he had his left side
surgery, and approx. one year later symptoms returned. He has been treated
since that time with the 2mg 4month deport of Lupron, so he is being treated
for Adrenal Disease, which was also caught early. The Dr. did not want to
start meds for the prostate because it is only very slightly enlarged, he
wants us to keep a close eye on it. I know the meds given for that can have
bad side effects so that is why I believe he is holding off until he feels
it is needed.

He has also started to eat some kibble again. I have seen him 2-3 times
at the kibble bowl eating some in the last 48hours, he may slowly be going
back. He is still eating his baby food and bandit treats like a little
piglet, so his appetite did not reduce, but rather his desire to chew on the
hard kibble. Once again he is extremely active, and does not have any
straing to urinate... just increased volume of urine...not even increased
frequency...just amount.

I hope that clarifies more.

Judy
