Florida law says that dogs, cats, and ferrets must be vaccinated annually unless specified differently by the manufacturer. This allows dogs and cats to be vaccinated every three years since that is what the manufacturer recommends. Because the manufacturer is silent on ferrets, they are required to be vaccinated annually.
