I think the best bet would be to add some probiotics (friendly bacteria) to her diet ... you can get it from a vet, on-line or possibly from a pet store ... I have had pretty good luck with Probiocin, and my own probiotics (from Vitamin Shoppe) ... just be sure they are suitable for carnivores (2-3 lactobacilli species, enterococcus faecum).
