Subject: [ferrethealth] For the vets on this board
To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Have you seen anything in ferrets that is like a canine papalona virus?

[Moderator's Note:

Canine Papilloma Virus is a virus that leads to warts, papillomatosis.
This illness in dogs causes them in the mouths, on the lips, and
sometimes eyes and eye lids, usually of young dogs.

Question for poster: has this ferret been vaccinated against
Canine Distemper? Just asking because of where early symtoms
of that disease can begin.

Second question for poster: what tests has treating vet done?]
