I haven't been here for awhile, so I don't know what happened to your baby, but I had a ferret who was paralyzed from an injection of Ivermection. Koda could feel his limbs, but couldn't move them. I did physical therapy with him everyday. I would lay him on his back on my lap, and just move his legs and arms so the muscle didn't atrophy. I would get a soft rubber ball and place him on it and roll him back and forth to make him try to reach to touch his legs, then roll it to touch his arms. I also would put him in the bathtub with a little water and a towel on the bottom while I had my hand under his stomach so he could try to move his legs easier in the water. Unfortunetly for Koda nothing worked, he just had too much nerve damage. Koda had no bladder or bowel control the last 2 months, so I would have to express his bladder several times a day.
There is a ferret wheel chair called "the ferret flyer" that might help your baby if he can move his legs. For Koda, because he couldn't move at all, he couldn't move the ferret flyer. We tried dragging him along too, but it didn't work for him.
I know of a litle boy (LB), who is partially paralyzed on his hind end, but he can drag himslef around with no problem. He gets so excited and just hops his front end all around, he is such a happy boy. He also has no bladder or bowel control, but his Mom expresses him several times a day, and he's just fine. She's been doing that for a couple of years now.
I hope your baby makes some progress. With Koda, as long as he wasn't in any pain, we just kept plugging along. When I saw pain and the spark go out of his eyes, I knew it was time to let him go.
Good luck
