For what it's worth, our Trinny, age somewhere around 6, maybe older, has both insulinoma and adrenal disease. She got her first Lupron Depot shot 3-1/2 months ago (it's a 4-month, 1.0 mg shot) and is getting her next one on Monday. She also had a melatonin implant. We have actually decreased the amount of Prednisolone that she needs to control her insulinoma since she's had the Lupron Depot shot, and in fact have decreased it significantly. I don't know if there is any correlation or not, but that is our experience with her.
