first because web moderation is completely
down now, so posters MUST follow the rules
or we moderators will have to contact posters
to edit themselves and then resubmit. With
the website moderation down we moderators
have to use the email acceptance method
which does not allow us to spend huge chunks
of our own time editing posts that don't
follow the rules (and we'd have more time to
find answers if people continue the habit of
doing things like trimming quotes even after
Yahoogroups makes repairs because editing
really eats up a lot of time).
