An enlarged spleen is not something to toy around with and wait for treatment. If it is severely enlarged it could be in danger of rupturing, which would be a terrible death for your ferret.
You need to see your vet immediately for diagnosis and treatment options. If you do not have a ferret-knowledgeable vet, then you can look for one near you with this link:
