the advent of the possibility of preventing adrenal disease via Lupron (or=

deslorelin for those lucky countries that have it!). I do not recommend or=

practice removing both glands unless both are diseased at the time of
surgery. My preference is to remove the diseased gland and treat with Lupro=
n to
hopefully prevent disease, while avoiding the necessity to treat for Addiso=
n's
