Okay, let's see if a summary of the symptoms in common is possible.
Correct me if I err in what I write. The posts are so long and
detailed that I think they can get confusing.
These seem to be the symptoms in temporal order
lack of desire to eat
disorientation
lethargy, crying, "swollen under rib cage area" (Do you refer to a
large spleen in that phrase, or to a swollen GI tract, both, or neither?)
seizures and trouble breathing at this point in some of the individuals
Pamlin and Oxygen given
(Question, were their lungs imaged at this point?)
more seizures and difficulty breathing
diarrhea in some (survived)
furball prep given to some (survived)
some cold to the touch (Were any fevering and were anal
temps taken? What were temps?)
Vet report notes 20 ferrets with weakness, bloating, abdominal pain,
agonal gasping
One of the ferrets (others?) in necropsy showed pronounced oral gum
disease. (Was this definitely chronic or might it have been from a
recent and extreme cause? Were there mouth sores?)
Diet raw whole prey with kibble offered (Did I get that right?)
Lungs and kidneys slightly mottled
Detailed necropsy report and more in some posts in
