Dear Sukie,

The owner of the affected ferret travelled overseas to Germany and France recently and returned in March. After his return he has not been well. He might have brought something back with him, we just don't know. However the other affected ferrets which died were already with their new owners when he returned. One of the ferrets that died under mysterious circumstances similar to the others was a 7 months old 'black eyed white' jill. She had Spasms but no convulsions, she was hypothermic and required IV fluids. She had weight loss and inappetance but when force fed she produced stools and urine but resisted being interfered with at all. It's all too familiar....

Still waiting on Ferret Bella's results.

Regards,
Christina
